Question 1
The phrase "ministering to our Lord in his distressing disguise" means caring for those around us. Every person on Earth is a child of God and is created in God's image and likeness. They are meant to love and to be loved. God in his most distressing disguise refers to people in various forms of poverty- the poorest of the poor. Mother Teresa devoted herself to caring for people rejected by society, completely forgotten, or left completely alone.
Quote
My favorite quote from Mother Teresa is, "In this life we cannot do great things. We can only do small things with great love." I agree with Mother Teresa that sometimes small things can make the biggest impact to someone. Smiling or saying hello to someone who is having a bad day or who is usually ignored can make a huge difference to that person. It can even inspire them to reach out to someone else. Then, a chain reaction of small good works can begin and change the world.

pray as you go
I like the 'pray as go' readings and prayers that we listen to each morning. I would not read the daily gospel reading everyday if we did not listen to it together in class. Listening to the reading and the reflection questions, then discussing it afterwards in class helps me to better understand the gospel's meanings.
